1. General Use of Messaging Services
1.1 Purpose of Messaging
IIA offers text messaging services via A2P 10DLC for the purpose of sending essential communications, including:

1.2 Opt-In Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from IIA. These messages may include both service-related updates and promotional content. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance products or services.
1.3 Opt-Out Option
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Simply reply “STOP” to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive confirmation of your opt-out request, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
2. Compliance with A2P 10DLC Regulations
2.1 A2P 10DLC Registration
IIA complies with industry standards by registering its messaging campaigns under the A2P 10DLC program. This ensures adherence to regulations designed to protect consumers and promote transparency in messaging.
2.2 Acceptable Use of the Messaging Service

IIA adheres to volume limits set by the A2P 10DLC system. High-volume campaigns undergo additional registration and compliance checks.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information. Notify us if your phone number changes to avoid service interruptions.

You are responsible for managing your preferences, including opting out of messages if desired. We will respect your choices and only send messages you have consented to receive.
